ご挨拶
はじめまして。アステラ産業医事務所の代表、諏訪内亜由子（すわない あゆこ）です。
医師として20年以上の臨床経験と、7年以上の産業医経験を活かし、企業の健全な職場環境づくりを支援しています。働く方の健康課題は、メンタルヘルス、生活習慣病、感染症、育児・介護との両立、休職・復職など多岐にわたります。
企業と従業員の双方にとって、現実的で継続しやすい支援を行うことを大切にしています。

Asterra Occupational Health Office
Asterra Occupational Health Office, based in Shinjuku, Tokyo, provides professional occupational health services by licensed physicians. We support companies with occupational health management, mental health care, overwork prevention, return-to-work planning, workplace inspections, health promotion programs, and training on women’s health across different life stages.
We provide services mainly in Tokyo and also support companies nationwide through online consultations.
Message from the Director
Hello, I’m Ayuko Suwanai, Director of Asterra Occupational Health Office.
With over 20 years of clinical experience and more than 7 years of experience as an occupational physician, I am committed to helping companies create healthier, safer, and more sustainable workplaces.
Employee health issues are diverse, including mental health, lifestyle-related diseases, infectious diseases, women’s health, pregnancy and childbirth, work-life balance, childcare, caregiving, sick leave, and return-to-work support. We aim to provide practical and sustainable support for both companies and employees.

- 2002 – MD, Keio University School of Medicine
- 2014 – PhD in Medicine, Keio University Graduate School of Medicine
- Clinical experience at Keio University Hospital and affiliated hospitals/clinics
